Often congregations bring issues of legal concern the USCJ's attention. Our legal committee addresses these issues and provides information which can help you frame your discussion with your attorney. Before making any decision or taking any action, we advise you to consult with your attorney or your accountant. If you have a legal concern, it is likely that another congregation has dealt with a similar issue. We can all learn from each other.
